Job summary

Westgate Resort is seeking a Spa Receptionist to warmly greet guests, answer calls, and manage appointment bookings. You will check guests in, process payments, and provide accurate information on treatments and hours.

You will also promote spa services and retail products, keep the lounge area tidy, and assist guests with product selections to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior spa experience necessary, but trainable.
• Attendance at product and service trainings required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer phones in a welcoming manner.
• Book, modify and cancel spa appointments as needed.
• Check guests into the computer system and process payments for services.
• Provide detailed information about spa treatments, packages and hours.
• Promote spa services and retail products to guests and upsell where appropriate.
