Qualifications

• Minimum customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close spa and fitness facilities per procedures.
• Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel spa and fitness appointments.
• Upsell services and retail items.
• Provide knowledge of spa treatments, classes, and amenities.
• Maintain product knowledge and safety contraindications.
• Conduct tours and answer guest inquiries.
• Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
