Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa is looking for a friendly Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. You will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, process payments, and ensure smooth communication between guests and service providers.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting spa packages, handling bookings, and maintaining a welcoming reception area. A hospitality mindset and strong customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
