Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient with spa scheduling software and general computer systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a calming, professional reception.
• Manage appointments, schedule treatments, and confirm bookings with care.
• Answer calls and emails promptly with spa service information.
• Process transactions, handle payments, and reconcile receipts accurately.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and tranquil at all times.
• Promote spa services, packages, and promotions to guests.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and data security per policy.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow company policies and maintain high standards of service.
• Assist with spa product inventory and restock as needed.
• Assist with changing areas and staff communication for seamless service.
