Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk reception and help deliver top service standards.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, greet guests, answer phones, offer refreshments.
• Direct client flow at the front desk, check-in/out guests, handle cash with accuracy.
• Promote spa memberships and packages, support marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of menu and retail items to upsell spa services and products.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked retail displays and assist guests with purchases.
