Job summary

Water's Edge Resort and Spa is seeking a Front Desk Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service at the first point of contact. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and provide information about local attractions.

This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. A flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected to ensure guest needs are met with a hospitable attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Standing for extended periods; occasional light lifting up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor and provide check-in/check-out assistance.
• Process registrations, room assignments, and key issuance.
• Manage reservations, modify bookings, and handle special requests.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns to ensure satisfaction with prompt resolution.
• Adhere to company policies with professionalism and integrity.
