Water's Edge Resort & Spa in Westbrook, CT seeks a Connecticut-licensed Massage Therapist to join our guest-focused spa team. Provide professional massage and body treatments with exceptional service in a relaxing atmosphere.

Ongoing training on signature spa services and treatment protocols is provided to help you succeed. This part-time role follows prevailing minimum wage with fixed rate commissions and gratuity.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut Massage Therapist License.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage modalities and body treatments.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver massage and body treatments per spa protocols and standards.
• Educate guests on wellness benefits and home care recommendations.
• Prepare, clean, sanitize, and restock treatment rooms before and after services.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, products, and retail offerings.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and products used properly.
• Follow state licensing, sanitation, and sterilization standards.
• Support daily spa operations and assist team members as needed.
