The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills, with flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Prior spa exposure is helpful, with training available.

You must be able to multi-task various duties and ensure that each guest has an overall excellent spa experience.**Primary Tasks:**1. Greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor, offering a calming and welcoming presence.2. Manage appointments efficiently, scheduling treatments, confirming bookings, and accommodating guest preferences with attention to detail.3. Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally, responding to inquiries, providing information about spa services, and addressing guest needs.4. Process transactions, handle payments, and reconcile daily receipts with accuracy and attention to financial procedures.5. Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa reception area, ensuring a visually appealing and relaxing environment.6. Promote spa services and products, inform guests of offerings, packages, and promotions to enhance their spa experience.7.
