Woodhouse Spa Sarasota is hiring a Front Desk/Guest Relations professional who will be the first friendly face guests meet. You will check-in guests, book services, assist at checkout, and handle multi-line phones to schedule services using MEEVO, while promoting retail products and ensuring a luxurious guest experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience using a scheduling spa software preferred.
• Strong professional communication and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the spa depending on shift schedule.
• Check-in guests for services and assist at check-out after service.
• Answer multi-line phone system and schedule services in MEEVO.
• Retail products and series.
• Confirm appointments and prep therapists for service day.
• Pre-book guests for future services at check-out.
• Provide amenities to guests when needed.
• Deliver 5-star customer service.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the spa.
