• Excellent customer service skills and guest focus.
• Computer-savvy with scheduling software.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and prepare them for services, ensuring comfort and relaxation.
• Schedule appointments in Zenoti and manage guest flow.
• Answer phones promptly and escort guests to changing rooms.
• Assist therapists and ensure on-time treatment schedules.
• Maintain organization of changing rooms, service areas, and coordinate laundry.
• Promote spa services and retail products; process gift cards.
• Ensure proper spa ambience, lighting, music, cleanliness, and aromatherapy.
