Woodhouse Day Spa is seeking a warm, sales-savvy Spa Coordinator to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate is guest-centered, detail-oriented, and excited to build a career in luxury hospitality.

You'll serve as the first point of contact for guests and play a key role in the guest journey, retail sales, and the daily rhythm of the spa. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding service recommendations, maintaining an organized front desk, and supporting scheduling and guest

Competenze

• 1-2 years of front desk, guest services, or hospitality/retail experience.
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
• Comfort learning booking and point-of-sale software.
