Job summary

Woodhouse Spa Cedar Park is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, answer phones, confirm and schedule appointments using the MEEVO software, and finalize sale tickets in a luxury spa setting. You will educate guests on spa services and products and help orchestrate the spa schedule to ensure smooth guest flow.

This role requires reliability, organization, and teamwork with a professional demeanor.

• Rocks sales numbers with gift card and retail recommendations
• Ensures a positive, consistent guest experience
• Supports the Spa Director and spa team
• Stay organized and keep the place tidy
