The Woodhouse Spa Sarasota is seeking a Front Desk Spa Concierge to warmly greet guests, manage bookings, and oversee check-ins and check-outs with a focus on creating a luxurious first impression.

In this full-time role, you will handle phone inquiries, schedule services using MEEVO, assist with retail products, and prep therapists for service days while delivering 5-star customer service in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of front desk or customer service experience in spa, restaurant, or hotel preferred.
• Experience using a scheduling spa software preferred.
• Ability to work weekends (one weekend shift required).
• Strong professional communication and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the spa according to shift schedule.
• Check-in guests and assist at check-out after services.
• Answer multi-line phone system and schedule services in MEEVO.
• Retail products and series.
• Confirm appointments and prep therapists for service day.
• Pre-book guests for future services at check-out.
• Provide amenities and 5-star customer service.
