Job summary

Westgate Resort is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to manage the front desk and greet guests at the spa. You will answer calls, schedule and confirm appointments, check guests in, process payments, and provide orientation to spa facilities.

You will also promote retail products, maintain a neat lounge and locker area, and deliver personal guest service. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and you should be eager to learn a variety of spa offerings while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• No spa experience required; highly trainable and capable of learning.
• Attendance at product and service training courses is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
• Promote and describe retail products and promotions to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized lounge and locker area.
• Check guests in/out and handle payments for services.
