Job summary

Westgate Resort invites applications for a Spa Receptionist at Papillon the Spa. You will greet guests, answer calls, book appointments, check guests in, and process charges using spa computers.

You will maintain a welcoming lounge, promote retail products, explain treatments and packages, keep areas clean and organized, and assist with scheduling and routine front desk duties. High School Diploma or GED required; spa experience not necessary but trainable.

Qualifications

• Attendance at product and service training courses is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer questions regarding spa services and products.
• Book, modify and cancel spa appointments accurately.
• Check guests into computer system and process charges.
• Orient guests to spa facilities and provide tours.
• Maintain neat and stocked lounge and locker areas.
