Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, answer phones and assist with questions.
• Book, modify and cancel spa appointments accurately.
• Check guests in via the computer system and process charges.
• Orient guests to spa facilities and provide tours as needed.
• Maintain tidy lounge and locker areas with stocked amenities.
• Promote and sell retail products, discuss promotions and upsell.
