Job summary

Westgate Resort Papillon the Spa is seeking a friendly Spa Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls, book appointments and check guests in. You will also advise on spa services and products and ring up charges.

Maintain a pristine lounge, stock amenities, promote retail items, and assist with daily spa operations. A high school diploma and excellent customer service are required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; trainable for spa procedures and POS.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, able to multitask.
• Able to work in a fast-paced resort spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer phones; assist with questions about spa services and products.
• Book, modify and cancel appointments; check guests in and process charges.
• Promote and sell spa products; maintain clean, stocked lounge and locker areas.
• Provide orientation of spa facilities and ensure guest satisfaction.
