Job summary

The NOW Little Italy is seeking an Experience Guide (Front Desk Associate) to ensure an exceptional guest experience, promote memberships, and manage reception duties. You will greet guests, book appointments, and drive upsell opportunities while maintaining the boutique’s welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, processing payments, opening and closing the boutique, resolving guest concerns, and collaborating with leadership to uphold standards while delivering a warm,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and guest services.
• Fast-paced environment: efficiency and attention to detail.
• Experience with computers/point-of-sale systems.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Strong listening, empathy and product knowledge about The NOW.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Actively drive sales: memberships, enhancements, gift cards, and retail.
• Book, edit, and cancel massage appointments accurately.
• Open/close the boutique according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues and maintain guest areas.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a happy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement best practices.
