The NOW Massage is seeking an Experience Guide to greet guests, tailor massage experiences, and sell memberships and enhancements in a serene, boutique setting.

You will manage bookings, checkout, and front-desk duties while delivering exceptional guest service and driving membership revenue through friendly, informed conversations.

Responsibilities

• Provide top level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check-in guests.
• Actively drive membership, enhancement and gift card sales.
• Share passion for services, memberships, and retail offerings by educating guests.
• Accurately and effectively book, edit and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close boutique each day according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Ensure guest areas are maintained to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a healthy & happy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster innovation.
