The NOW Massage is seeking an Experience Guide to ensure exceptional guest experiences, sell enhancements and memberships, and manage the boutique’s daily operations. You will greet guests, book appointments, promote memberships, and handle payments for services rendered in a welcoming, service-driven environment.

Ideal candidates bring sales and guest-service skills, enjoy working with people, and can thrive in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Sales and service-related experience preferred.
• Efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent guest service skills and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Actively drive enhancement, membership, and gift card sales by educating guests about services and memberships.
• Accurately and effectively book, edit, and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close the boutique each day according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Ensure guest areas are maintained to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a healthy & happy workplace.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure best practices and foster innovation.
