Responsibilities

• Actively drive membership, enhancement, and gift card sales by educating guests about our services, memberships, and retail offerings.
• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Greet guests and check in; accurately book, edit, and cancel appointments.
• Open/close the boutique daily according to SOP.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain guest areas to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude for a healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster best practices and innovation.
