Job summary

The NOW Massage Winter Garden is seeking an Experience Guide to elevate guest experiences, greet and check-in guests, promote memberships and enhancements, and skillfully book appointments. You will maintain a welcoming boutique and support daily operations with a positive, team-focused attitude.

You'll educate guests on services, memberships, and retail, drive conversion to memberships with a friendly sales approach, and collaborate with leadership to uphold best practices.

Qualifications

• Efficient and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiasm and excellent guest service skills.
• Sales and service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, listening, and empathy; knowledge of The NOW offerings.
• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Must be a team player.
• Sales targets including weekly 20% conversion.

Responsibilities

• Provide top level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check-in guests.
• Actively drive enhancement, membership and gift card sales.
• Educate guests about services, memberships, and retail offerings.
• Accurately book, edit and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close boutique daily according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain guest areas to standard.
• Contribute to a positive, healthy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to foster innovation.
• Clean the spa, including sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, trash, laundry.
