The NOW in Los Angeles is seeking an Experience Guide to manage reception and daily operations at our massage boutique. You will greet guests, book appointments, promote memberships, and handle guest inquiries with a focus on excellent service and accuracy.

Responsibilities include front-desk duties, learning The NOW procedures, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment while supporting a positive, diverse team culture.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills; friendly and outgoing.
• Team player with strong computer skills and willingness to assist across operations.

Mansioni

• Greet guests and provide top-level guest service in-person and over the phone.
• Book appointments, answer questions, and promote memberships and products.
• Open/close boutique per procedures and maintain a clean, stocked work area.
• Operate POS and safeguard guest financial data; manage cash register.
