Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience leading a team.
• Proven sales success in membership-based or goal-driven environments.
• Experience tracking performance with KPIs, budgets, and reports.
• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week including some weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams in a salon, spa, or wellness setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales, revenue, and retention goals.
• Lead by example in the sales process with member presentations and closing deals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing team members; coach and develop talent.
• Oversee daily retreat operations, manage labor and profitability, and align staffing with demand.
• Develop local partnerships and promotional initiatives to grow business.
