Massage Heights Brookhaven in Atlanta, GA seeks a Spa Director focused on sales leadership, membership growth, and team development. You will drive revenue, manage daily operations, and coach a high-performing team to deliver an elevated guest experience.

This full-time role requires 40 hours weekly with some weekends and holidays. Compensation is $60,000 per year plus performance-based bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience, including direct responsibility for leading, coaching, and developing a team.
• Proven sales success, preferably in a membership-based, subscription, or goal-driven sales environment.
• Experience managing individual and team sales goals, tracking performance, and improving results.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance sales leadership with daily operations.
• Comfort working with sales reports, KPIs, budgets, and business performance metrics.
• Full‑time availability of 40 hours per week, including required weekend availability, some evenings, and holidays as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Retreat in achieving and exceeding monthly membership sales, revenue, and retention goals.
• Consistently grow our active membership base through new sales, strong conversion, and effective retention strategies.
• Lead by example through active involvement in the sales process, including membership presentations, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
• Monitor KPIs, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve results.
• Coach and develop your team to confidently communicate membership value and consistently deliver strong sales performance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing team members.
• Establish clear expectations, provide consistent feedback, and hold team members accountable for results.
• Conduct ongoing sales training, performance coaching, and team development.
• Create a positive, motivating, and results-oriented culture where team members are empowered to succeed.
• Lead from the floor, providing hands-on support and real-time coaching throughout the day.
• Oversee daily operations while maintaining exceptional standards of service and professionalism.
• Take ownership of Retreat performance, including revenue, labor management, productivity, and profitability.
• Create effective schedules that align staffing with business demand.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and elevated experience for every Member and guest.
• Develop local partnerships, community relationships, and promotional initiatives to drive new business.
