Massage Heights Decatur is seeking a Spa Sales leader to scale a membership-based wellness business. You will train front desk, manage a team of therapists and front desk staff, and drive 25% prospect conversion while hitting KPIs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the scorecard by managing labor, room utilization, and KPIs with POS tools.
