• Deliver a five-star guest experience from the first phone call through checkout.
• Build meaningful relationships with members and first-time guests.
• Educate guests on our Wellness Programs and confidently recommend memberships.
• Consistently drive key performance indicators: Membership Conversion, Member Retention, Pre-Booking, Service Elevations, Membership Growth.
• Identify opportunities to save memberships and strengthen guest loyalty.
• Own every phone call with professionalism, warmth, and confidence.
• Maintain scheduling accuracy and detailed appointment notes.
• Collaborate with therapists and teammates to deliver an elevated guest experience.
