Massage Heights Brookhaven is seeking an experienced Spa Director to lead our team, drive membership growth, and deliver an elevated guest experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment in Brookhaven, Atlanta.

You will own operations, coach staff, manage KPIs, and partner with local communities to grow revenue while maintaining brand standards, guest satisfaction, and a positive, empowering culture.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of management experience with direct leadership of a team.
• Proven sales success, preferably in a membership-based, subscription, or goal-driven sales environment.
• Experience managing individual and team sales goals, tracking performance, and improving results.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Full-time availability of 40 hours per week, including required weekend availability, some evenings, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Sales & Membership Growth by leading the Retreat to meet/exceed monthly membership sales, revenue, and retention goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop the team; communicate membership value and ensure strong sales performance.
• Own Retreat Operations & Profitability, overseeing daily operations, labor, scheduling, and brand standards.
• Create partnerships and promotional initiatives to drive new business and maintain exceptional guest experiences.
