Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel in Highland, CA, is seeking a Spa Concierge Specialist to deliver Best in Class guest service at the spa front desk and retail boutique. You will assist guests with reservations, provide accurate information, and support sales in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to multi-task while maintaining discretion and professionalism across spa and casino settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in guest services; direct guest interaction is essential.
• Previous spa, front desk or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Approach guests in person and by phone to manage spa reservations, pool rentals, day passes and events with superior service.
• Assist with reservation changes and inquiries, research guest profiles for special requests, and guide guests to the appropriate service.
• Manage VIP arrivals and coordinate escorts and amenity delivery; maintain accurate guest data.
• Handle POS transactions, process multiple tender types, and close out at shift end; communicate discrepancies to Accounting.
• Support spa and retail teams to achieve financial goals and uphold Best in Class standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and product knowledge across spa, front desk, and dispensary areas.
