Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a friendly Spa Front Desk Receptionist to greet guests, manage the front desk, and schedule Spa reservations with a focus on high guest satisfaction and professional service.

The role requires at least 1 year of receptionist experience in a spa or salon, strong computer skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with opportunities in a premier California destination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year receptionist experience in a spa or salon.
• Must be computer-literate and able to multi-task.
• Must have excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle payments and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service Spa guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Schedule Spa appointments and manage reservations for members and guests.
• Maintain appointment calendar and confirm all Spa appointments.
• Assist walk-in guests with bookings and check them in promptly.
• Ensure timely services and optimize guest flow within scheduled times.
• Explain Spa products and services to guests and upsell when appropriate.
• Process payments for services and products.
• Maintain supplies and a neat, orderly work area.
• Adhere to attendance and management requests.
