Job summary

Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Manager of Spa & Pool Services to lead the Spa massage, skincare and pool operations. You will drive guest experience, ensure service excellence and manage budgets, forecasting and vendor relationships.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of management experience in a spa, resort or casino environment, with strong leadership and compliance capabilities. This position is based on-site at the Highland, CA property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience in Spa/Pool industry or closely related field; hotel/casino environment preferred.
• Experience in training, performance measurement and compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Spa and Pool operations, budgets, forecasting, and KPI reporting.
• Develop and mentor staff through performance reviews, training and development plans.
• Collaborate with other departments to create events and promotions that drive guest engagement.
• Ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance across spa facilities and services.
• Manage vendor relations and inventory for spa and pool products.
