Yaamava Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Manager of Spa & Pool Services to lead daily operations for massage, skincare, and pool areas within the resort. The role focuses on delivering Best in Class service, optimizing merchandise and services, and driving revenue growth.

The position involves budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness across all spa facilities, with a strong emphasis on guest experience and team development.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in spa and/or resort pool leadership, management, or supervisory roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, vendor management and compliance programs.

Mansioni

• Manages spa, skincare and pool areas to support enterprise initiatives and profitability.
• Develops a high-performing team through development plans and performance assessments.
• Collaborates on service and product offerings to align with guest trends.
• Leads marketing, events and partnerships to attract casino guests.
