Job summary

Yaamava' Resort & Casino at San Manuel is seeking a Spa Room Specialist to guide guests through their spa experience and uphold service and facility standards. You will assist service providers, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment in a fast-paced casino spa setting.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety throughout the spa and salon areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Luxury spa/salon environment experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide personal, gracious service.
• Familiarize guests with locker room, salon, and spa amenities.
• Assist in preparation and sanitation of treatment rooms.
• Replenish products in treatment and dispensary areas; ensure stock and presentation.
• Maintain locker room standards and guest comfort.
• Provide personalized service to create a "Guest for Life" experience.
• Support operations by following policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Perform other duties to support spa department efficiency.
