AHC Hospitality’s Amway Grand Plaza in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Spa Desk Receptionist to welcome guests, book services, and ensure a smooth front-desk experience. You will operate the spa Booker system, handle payments, and coordinate with hotel colleagues to deliver warm, attentive service.

Qualifications

• Must be familiar with each hotel's layout, products, services, amenities and history.
• Spa front desk experience helpful.

• Process payments and maintain tidiness of the front-desk area.
• Assist guests with inquiries and hotel amenities.
