Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a part-time Front of House team member for the Amway Grand Plaza area in Grand Rapids. You will welcome guests, answer phones, and take to-go orders, upholding AHC guest service standards.

Responsibilities include managing guest flow at the restaurant entrance, seating, taking reservations, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team with daily tasks to ensure a smooth service during busy weekend periods.

Qualifications

• Must have some restaurant experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Weekend availability (Saturday & Sundays).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage restaurant front-of-house operations.
• Answer phones and take to-go orders while following AHC guest service standards.
• Monitor occupancy and guest flow, assist guests at the entrance with access as needed.
• Maintain daily setup and breakdown of the dining area and assist with service.
