• Warmly greet guests and offer a beverage to enhance their spa visit.
• Provide information about spa services, treatments, classes, and activities.
• Schedule appointments for all spa services using the Pro Solutions system.
• Explain ticketing and gratuity procedures to guests clearly.
• Maintain accurate daily records and keep guest schedules organized.
• Adhere to cash, credit, and billing procedures set by the Accounting department.
