Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Spa Coordinator to provide and promote hospitality at the highest level. You will welcome guests, schedule treatments, handle retail sales and payments, and maintain spa cleanliness, including locker rooms.

The role requires excellent conversational and computer skills and the ability to multitask with empathy. Preferred candidates have spa or hotel experience and flexible weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High end customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to include weekends and holidays.
• Spa or hotel experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand and move for an 8 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Recommending and scheduling treatments.
• Retail sales and payment processing.
• Maintaining cleanliness of spa areas, including locker rooms.
• Handle situations with confidence, grace and empathy.
