Responsibilities

• Greet guests and schedule spa appointments.
• Maintain reception and retail areas in a spotless condition.
• Book spa appointments accurately.
• Process spa reservations and billing.
• Greet guests upon arrival and departure from treatments.
• Support all retail aspects including guest assistance, product display, and merchandising.
• Interact professionally with guests and co-workers.
• Provide spa guests with a tour of spa facilities.
• Handle guest complaints or issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
