Spire Hospitality LLC is seeking a Spa Reservations professional to deliver exemplary guest service across spa, pool and fitness areas. You will handle reservations, check-ins, POS operations, and coordinate with all spa departments for a seamless guest experience.

Knowledge of Club Topnotch Memberships and retail assistance at the juice bar, lounge and pool is required, along with strong English communication and a professional, calm demeanor.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience a must.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven track record resolving guest problems and expediting solutions.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Ability to maintain a professional, calm demeanor.
• Flexible full-time/part-time schedule.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for exemplary guest service in Spa reservations, providing Spa and resort information, tours of the spa, pool and fitness facility and spa guest check in and out procedures.
• Spa Reservations.
• Guest check in and POS.
• Assist in the coordination of all spa departments to ensure a seamless guest spa experience.
• Be knowledgeable in all aspects of Club Topnotch Memberships and what they entail.
• Assist in Retail Sales.
• Assist in maintaining the juice bar, lounge and pool areas.
• Liaise with all resort departments to ensure a heightened guest experience and that the physical standards of the spa facility are maintained.
