Job summary

Terranea Resort seeks an enthusiastic Spa Concierge to greet guests, book and manage spa and salon appointments, and assist with guest needs. You will handle check-ins, process payments, and maintain a welcoming front-of-house area in a high-volume setting.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a polished appearance. Daily duties include answering emails and phone inquiries, guiding guests to services, and supporting

Responsibilities

• Book and schedule spa & salon appointments using Spa Soft program.
• Answer emails sent to spa.
• Greet all guests entering the spa and assist their needs.
• Check in guests for treatments and process payments.
• Maintain the waiting area and stock brochures/forms.
• Provide information about spa services and policies.
• Answer the phone and direct calls to Spa staff.
