Job summary

Terranea Resort is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to act as the primary advocate for creating a comprehensive resort experience. You will promote resort services and amenities, connect guests with local experiences, and set up custom itineraries and reservations for in-house and arriving guests.

You will supervise the daily operation of the Concierge team, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the guest experience exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Follow Forbes standards to assist guests with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Design custom itineraries before arrival and during stay.
• Use Opera to understand guests' needs prior to outbound calls.
• Create customized itineraries and make reservations.
• Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel features, local restaurants, and activities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
