Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA is seeking a Spa Operations Leader to oversee and support the spa, acting as a point of contact for desk operations and the spa as a whole. You will lead spa associates, ensure Five Star standards, manage scheduling, training, and vendor relations, and work with management to maximize guest satisfaction and spa revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in a Spa environment preferred.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a leadership position preferred.
• College education preferred.
• P.R. certification, computer experience required, Spasoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all Spa associates.
• Maintain operating standards as outlined in SOP guidelines and Five Star/Five Diamond standards.
• Be an active member of the spa management team.
• Responsible for scheduling and timesaver edits.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and groups to maximize spa and resort success.
• Understand and be well versed in the spa and resort.
• Maintain standards such as uniform, retail, protocols with integrity.
• Read and write SOPs and update as needed.
• Attend required meetings and conduct staff trainings.
• Ensure safety and MSDS binder upkeep.
