Responsibilities include booking via Spa Soft, answering emails, greeting guests, checking in for treatments, and maintaining the lobby and information materials.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and schedule spa/salon appointments in Spa Soft.
• Answer emails and greet guests with attentive service.
• Check in guests for treatments and process payments efficiently.
• Maintain waiting area and stock brochures and forms.
• Direct calls/messages to spa staff and follow up on issues.
• Set up and maintain required files.
