• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, calm first impression.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa areas.
• Answer phones, book appointments, and manage daily scheduling.
• Support guest check-ins and check-outs, including payment processing.
• Assist spa therapists and other team members with operational needs.
• Provide informed recommendations on retail products and spa services.
