Job summary

Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking a Spa Attendant to extend efficient and customized service to guests while maintaining spa cleanliness. You will attend to locker room needs and ensure a welcoming environment throughout the spa experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, describing spa offerings, maintaining inventory, and supporting treatment schedules, while upholding grooming and safety standards to ensure a premium guest experience.

• Must have basic knowledge of cleaning and organizing.
• Must be able to speak, comprehend, read, and write English.
• Must have strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Extend efficient and customized service to guests while maintaining cleanliness of the Spa.
• Attend to locker room needs and maintain inventory of supplies and amenities.
• Welcome guests and describe spa offerings and benefits.
• Communicate spa protocols and introduce facilities to guests.
• Support treatment schedules and ensure timely pickups by providers.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa locker rooms, restrooms, and lounges.
• Handle linen and spa collateral; participate in meetings and trainings.
• Ensure safety and report unsafe conditions; maintain grooming standards.
