• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to the locker room and amenities, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each time.
• Acts as the brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music, and scent.
• Remembers small details that make the experience special, such as the guest’s favorite drink or personal milestones.
• Serves as backup for the leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly when they attend to larger tasks.
