Full Time Spa Concierge

The Woodhouse Day Spas, voted America’s best day spa in 2012 and 2013, is hiring a Full Time Spa Concierge. The role focuses on creating an outstanding guest experience and serving as the brand ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, welcoming them, introducing our locker room and amenities, and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Ensures the guest enters a clean, safe space with appropriate lighting, music, and scent to create a memorable experience.
• Remembers the small details that make The Woodhouse special—such as guests’ favorite drink and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries.
• Acts as a backup for the leadership team, keeping operations running smoothly when they are occupied with other duties.
