About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic team member to serve as our Spa Concierge at The Woodhouse SPA. The ideal candidate is a customer service pro who enjoys teamwork and ensuring guests have a seamless, personalized experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal attention from arrival to departure.
• Educate guests on the Woodhouse experience, including welcome, locker room, amenities, and overall service flow.
• Answer phone calls with a smile.
• Act as brand ambassador, creating a clean, welcoming environment with appropriate lighting, music and scent.
• Remember guest preferences (name, favorite drink, birthdays, anniversaries).
• Assist leadership team to keep operations running smoothly.
• Work weekends as required.

Compensation

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour, plus incentive programs.
