The Woodhouse Day Spa in Orange Village is seeking a full-time and part-time Spa Concierge to welcome guests and help ensure a seamless, upscale experience.

You will educate guests about the Woodhouse experience, assist with locker room access and amenities, and answer calls with a friendly, professional demeanor. This role supports leadership and contributes to a warm, inviting spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience, including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Acts as the brand ambassador, ensuring the guest enters a clean, safe environment with the right lighting, music, and scent to create a memorable experience.
• Remembers small details that make The Woodhouse special – the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.
• Serves as a backup for the leadership team, ensuring smooth operations when they focus on the “big stuff.”
