Job summary

Woodhouse Spa - Cedar Park is looking for a Spa Concierge for full-time and part-time positions. The role involves providing personal attention to guests from their arrival, educating them on the Woodhouse experience, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and able to remember personal details about guests. Competitive pay at $8.50 per hour along with various benefits including paid vacations and training programs are offered.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome and introduction to our locker room.
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Is the brand ambassador, ensuring a clean, safe place with the right lighting, music, and scent.
• Remembers personal details such as favorite drink and birthdays.
• Serves as backup for the leadership team during busy times.

Job Title: Spa Concierge – Full Time & Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special— the guest’s favorite drink, the warm inviting neck wrap, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries
• Serves as backup for the leadership team, ensuring operations run smoothly when they are busy with larger responsibilities
